This week’s top tip: Good Job for Dyspraxics

People with dyspraxia are of average or above average intelligence and can succeed at ANY JOB given enough practice.  However, there are some jobs which are more suitable and others will be more of a struggle to master.  Everyone is an individual and you must follow your own innate interests.

Easier jobs:

  • Carer
    • People
    • Children
    • Animals
  • Gardening & Horticulture
  • Writing
  • Creative work
  • Photography
  • Art
  • Sales
  • Entrepreneur
  • Thinking outside the box
  • Therapist
  • Theatre
  • Environmentalist

Harder Jobs:

  • Teaching
  • Police Work
  • Locum jobs with many changes
  • Hot Desking
  • Call Centre
  • Events Organiser
  • Science Demonstrator
  • Driver
  • Chef
  • Nurse with Administration Responsibility

If you can get a PA or secretary, even part-time, to help you with your job, all these jobs will be easier for you as they’ll take care of the everyday organisation and you can get on with the inspiration!

Next week: What to do in a tribunal or court.
